I really like how quick this makes ice. I use my cooler often and got sick of having buy ice all the time. I didn't plumb it in and really like how it can be used as a stand alone ice maker without a water line. I do wish the bin that stores the ice was a little bigger but its still holds almost 10lbs of ice before it gives you the icon to empty the ice bin. It came with both a drain line and a water line if you do want to plumb it in too.

The media could not be loaded.  My new apartment came furnished with an older fridge that doesn't make ice and I bought this ice machine because I always drink my beverages iced - especially here in sunny CA. It's a little pricey, but this machine is sturdy and commercial grade. I've been using the ice machine for ~1week now and so far so good.The machine measures 14" x 13.5" x 23" (LxWxH) and is very easy to use. From start to finish, the ice making cycle takes 10-15min. I like that you're able to adjust the thickness of the ice to your preference (levels 1-6). The ice comes out in 1"x1" size and I've included a quick video clip of the ice being made and falling into the ice reservoir for reference.

The media could not be loaded.  Most people don’t know this. But almost all commercial ice makers need a drain. I stacked two milk crates and let my ice machine rest on top and have my drain hose go to a 5 gallon water jug. This thing works great and love the fact it has a light inside of it. Makes a ton of ice and even has a self cleaning function. I left the foam it came in on the base to give it a little more stability since I wanted to stack it on something.

I like my beverages ice cold not fridge cold. I use it to keep my 65 qt cooler topped off and it works great. Got tired of buying bag ice so purchased it. After couple of months of use I love it.

Easy to install. Replaced an old Kenmore at our beach house and its been cranking it out all summer...and we've been using it extensively.Really nice product particularly for the money and compared to some of the "big names".

Makes great ice cubes but,if you plan on having on counter or garage etc,you have to have a drain for the water from ice making and melting cubes to go.I took a gallon water jug and cut a hole in the lid and whatever drains i just put back in the tank up top.The design would be better if the pump pulled water from below ice maker,like smaller ones I have,the trade off is more ice over 24 hour period.When shut off the ice melts and has to go somewhere,but great cubes for sure.

This is NOT a countertop ice maker unless you have a lot of counter space and a dedicated drain connection. It has to have a constant drain hookup. I am trying to return it, but it requires a $691 shipping fee. They do not pay return shipping. Company made everything right with issues regarding return.
