I have two puppies and needed a little help with the male puppy who would run over to my neighbors lot and would not stop barking at them. Also running out into the road. I live in the country and we have five acre lots. Got tired of chasing him down. I bought one for him and never had to use the shock part at all!! The vibration or buzzer worked on him and now I feel relief that he won't go far and I can get him back in case I need too.I have bought another one for the female because she would ignore my come command. Now she is corrected and puppies are doing better.Now understand there are training collars that are smaller and some even go farther than 500 ft. But they are very pricy. These worked for my small dogs and got the job done. I have had them for more than three months with no problems.Be careful on the settings for the shock, it can go very high. I don't use that and it scared me a little to see how high it could go. My vibrate is at 13 (low) and it worked well for my pups.

Customer service was very good. This collar worked very well at first. 1st collar stopped holding a charge after a short time, contacted customer service, had a free replacement delivered at my door a few days later. 2nd unit held a charge, but didn't seem to be as strong, had to turn up the settings pretty high to get any reaction. Now 4 months later and neither will charge. Gonna spend a little bit more money on a PetTech one.

Perfect when it works, which isn't long.
This worked great when we first got it. One or two times on shock and we never had to shock again. Vibrate or noise would bring the dog back instantly. After about 4 months, we started having problems with charging it. Now, it won't even power on. It was great when it worked, but since it didn't make it past 4 months, and other reviewers have had similar problems, I don't recommend it.

Cannot believe how well this worked on my anxiety driven dog. It only took three or four times of the vibrating/sound modes and he was coming to me when asked; I didn't have to go to him. There is a 'shock' option, but, I didn't have to go there. Impressive.

Okay product for the price.
It does its job, but shuts off and needs to be paired again to the remote. I also had an issue with the prongs loosening up. Otherwise its an okay product for the price.

Do not buy
We have a very stubborn bulldog who is naughty! We were hoping this would help us train him to stop attacking our garbage cans. But it never worked. The buzzer part also comes off the collar way too easy.
