Great Product for Las Vegas Water
I would like to thank the Discountwatersoftners.com crew for how the entire process of acquiring my new Genesis Duo has been (40K grain). From answering a few questions I submitted, to the delivery, and the set-up this has been a very good experience. I was hesitant to install this myself (we have a builder-installed loop, but it has never been used). I consider myself to be a rather competent home handyman, but plumbing is beyond my comfort zone. However, after getting 3 estimates between $450-$575 for install, I decided to do it myself (For my specific application it was the install of threaded fittings on copper that required soldering that gave me pause). So easy! Me and my 8-year-old did it in about 1.5 hours. A regen cycle later and our water is amazing! The municipal water here in Las Vegas is no joke. It is around 16-18 grains and has enough chlorine you might mistake it for pool water. This system system has tamed it! Beyond the soft water, the lack of chlorine is way more noticeable than I thought it would be. Thank you, again for the very professional experience and the quality of the conditioner/filter I received.

installed in half a day. - but we are handy- wasn't too bad. water is a lot softer and silky!
