Good quality and waterproof. Really useful as recently had to give up driving and don’t always want to do an online shop due to the spending limit. I can now walk with this to the supermarket just along the road. The wheels are also stair friendly as live on a top floor flat with no lift.

Bit small but smart looking, last trolley had more expandability, this has a frame so cannot expand. It was easy to put together but a wheel guard has fallen off a few times, was lucky to see it and pick it up. The frame is hollow so is light weight. Found price to be a little high but didn’t want a patterned old fashioned looking one. The build quality is reasonable. It isn’t noisy on uneven pavements. Overall reasonable for a smaller size trolley, however if you need a large trolley this may not be the best choice.

There are so many negative reviews on this product.apart from the wheels are a bit noisy which should fade after continuous use.i found it well made good quality and excellent price.

Received this today and I'm pleased with it, strong handle ideal BUT do think the instructions for fixing the wheels on is bad, weak, nuts don't go home? And no explanation. Tried always. Please someone review it

I can no longer carry rucksacks, much less drag bags around due to health issues ... Then I found this little beauty, a wonderfully lightweight aluminium 'granny bag' as my friend called it. The 3 wheels make it easier to get upstairs to my flat. It's capacity is more than enough and the additional pockets are genius. I haven't tested it out in the rain but I'm pretty sure it'll be up to the job of getting my shopping home and dry. I am well chuffed 🙂

I like the three wheels because it's good for climbing stairs however when using this trolley it's very very noisy. Also, the material of the bag is not strong, it started ripping where you draw the string and the hood clip started tearing off which has now broken off completely. Another disappointment was that when it rained water seeped through the trolley and wet my things, I had to put an inner bag in the trolley to help keep my things dry. The trolley is now in the bin.

I received this today, so have not yet used it. It appears to be good quality. It was rather tricky to set up. Firstly, I could not find the instructions until I fitted the bag. They were hidden behind the drop down Base of the bag. Actually, it's obvious how to set it up, which is good because the instructions are rubbish. What caused the most problem is that the frame is well protected with shrink wrap plastic. It took ages to remove. I am concerned about the wheels. The bolts acting as individual axels for each set of wheels do not allow the nuts to screw on very far. They seem tight, but if I have any problems I shall superglue them in place. The bag seems well made, as does the frame. The bag is roomy. There is a drawstring to close the top as well as the flap. The extra pockets are bigger than I expected. The bag is a very tight fit. As I have mobility issues with one hand, I did not find it easy to do. I have a criticism about how the bag covers the sliding catches on the handle, which means it will not be possible for me to drop the handle for storage. The frame appears to be strong and durable. So far, I am pleased with my purchase. The negative points that I've raised are outweighed by all the positives, hence my 5☆ rating. EDITED I have finally used this product. I am afraid that I've downgraded my rating to 4☆. My positive first impressions are still valid, and I would add to that the ease of using when empty. I walked to the shops, a distance of one mile, largely uphill, and found the trolley to be easy to handle. It is lightweight and moves well. The step climbing feature worked well on curbs. It was a little noisy, but I soon got used to that. At the supermarket, I had to use a large shopping cart in order to be able to stand the trolley in the cart as there is no way to hang the trolley. This caused no problems. I was surprised that although the trolley looks capacious, it actually held less than I had expected. Luckily, I also had a bag with me for the overflow. Going between shops was easy. The trolley did not feel heavy as I pulled it, and it manoeuvres well when full. However, as I walked to the bus stop to go home, the handle folded. The catches, which are covered by the bag, had slid upwards, and try as I might, I could not get them back into position. It was impossible to move the trolley. To restore the handle to the correct position, I would have had to empty the bag on the pavement! I called a taxi as my only means of getting home in the circumstances. Why did this happen? I had four, one litre bottles of water, plus other shopping, and it seems to have been too heavy for the trolley. Luckily, this was an exceptional shop (stocking up for Christmas week), so I am hoping that it will not happen again. However, be aware that you can probably do less shopping than you expect. Despite my problem, I am happy to give it a 4☆ rating. EDITED #2 I have done a more normal shop, ie not stocking up for Christmas. My experience was excellent. I travelled by bus and getting on and off the bus was very easy. I did not feel that I was a nuisance as I was not occupying much space. Whether empty or full I had no problems. I had to put the trolley inside a shopping cart again, but this causes no problems. It leaves plenty of room in the cart. In two shops I used baskets, and found it easy to manoeuvre the trolley with one hand and carry the basket in the other. When choosing items/placing in basket, the trolley is not a problem as it is very stable. It is not possible, as I've seen with other trolleys, to place the basket on top of the trolley, but this is a minor issue. Overall, and this will be my final comment, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I stand by the 4☆ rating because there are issues. Even though they are individually minor problems, cumulatively they are annoying. Despite this, I would still recommend this trolley. It does a good job. EDITED #3 Well this is becoming a Saga. I've downgraded this from 5☆ to 4☆ and now to 2☆. Today, when getting onto the bus, I noticed that a set of wheels was very loose. When I checked, I discovered that the nut holding the wheels on had fallen off! I managed to do my shopping, but it was stressful. Unless I can find a replacement nut, the trolley is useless. I may be downgrading to 1☆.

Easy to assamble, very sturdy and with great capacity. It climbs up and down steps very well. Great design, confortable to pull even with heavy load.

Works perfectly after almost 2 years, so it's decent quality. Enough space and most importantly wheels are is good shape after lot of use.
