I am so disappointed in this item. I can't even give it a single star but I have to choose one to post. I've never left a negative review, but this is definitely an item Amazon shouldn't even be selling because of its low quality. This was a birthday gift for my son. The strings won't tighten, tune correctly. They're just too loose. Two of the strings won't even hold taught. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this purchase. This will be the first Amazon purchase I've ever had to return since it's basically unusable.
