Let’s address some of the other reviews first. The support isn’t the easiest item to use if you are trying to put it on without assistance. However as someone who has used many types of support, and a lot costing much more than this, you learn very quickly to enlist help from someone else especially if it is to support your shoulder.This support is actually amazing. It contains a gel pack which can be either placed in the freezer for 60-90 mins or microwaved for 30ish seconds. The plus points of this is you can do hot / cold compress as sports practitioners recommend. Second point is the inflatable design gives so much more support than a lot of this type of shoulder support. From the first 20 min spell I used it I got immediate relief and considering I’ve been suffering with rotator cuff injury since August (5 months) it is quite something. Now I’m sure it will not be for everyone but I honestly haven’t found anything that gives this level of support and comfort. Even if it breaks within a few months I will have had my monies worth and will be a happy bunny 🐰!

With a boat for a foot (mens 14 uk) and swelling it's a little awkward to put on myself but the pump helps with negating the issues face by most other supports.Ability for heat and cold therapy aids relief in pain and discomfortIdeally I'd like to see a version that's a little longer to encompass the foot to the lower calf as it would help stability too

Bought primarily to treat poorly ankle but can also be adapted for other body parts. Effective cooling and compression.

I bought these thinking that they would encase my whole foot as I have planter facilitis and needed pain relief of a cold compress but better for sprained ankles.Definitely a good buy though.

This Medcosa Shoulder Compression Ice Pack is very uncomfortable to use.And it has too many velcro type straps to deal with, especially if you are trying to fit it on yourself.I found that pumping up the pressure actually reduces the surface contact area, and therefore its effectiveness, because the ice pack becomes harder and more rounded.My shoulder pain is better treated, with a cold pack, rather than a heated pack, but the pain relief is only temporary.But to be honest, the pain relief was just as effective, with a large pack of frozen peas; and I can still eat them, afterwards. :0)Definitely not recommended. :0(
