I received M size however it was too large on me, the product started losing its shape within a month of usage without washing.Maybe it's loose on me hence I was unable to see the difference in waist training.P.s. I got a refund on this product as the size delivered was incorrect.

I bought this one after trying 3-4 other similar items. Bt this one is perfect. The quality of the fabric used is very good. Its soft and breathable. It doenst itch on the skin. The hooks are sturdy. It has flexible wire built in to stop the rolling of the product. Bt it sometime come out of the soft lining at the end. Can be stiched up easily though. This is the best I have got so far on internet. Really works well in shaping up the protruding tummy. I wear it with my dresses and works very well. I would buy again even if this one breaks, due to comfort and quality of the product which is difficult to find. Don't think just buy. It's just perfect

So many hooks creates a bulky look on the tummy area. Also the tight band creates a line on the butt area which is visible on fitting dresses. Hides the tummy only slightly but not enough if you are a size 32 bust and 34 hips. Would not recommend wearing with fitting dresses.
