Decent drive at a low cost
I purchase 2 of these drives. At first I didn't realize they were refurb drives. I had 1 fail after a few months of use. They company was VERY easy to deal with and got me an RMA quickly. and returned a working drive quickly after they received the damaged one. This could happen with any new drives. And I try and use new drives A LOT during the warranty period just to weed out the bad ones. A new hard drive will typically die quickly if there is something wrong and it is being used a lot. I'd have no problem ordering drives from this company again.

Over a Year and Going Strong - Updated
I ordered 2 of these to expand my home network storage, and over a year later, they're going strong. These cost a third of the name brands, and as I learned, are what these actually are. These units are purchased by GoHardDrive and refurbished for resale. I also ordered some of the 2TB versions at the same time, and they also have had no issues after a year.I'm now going on two years, and have still had no issues!

Refurbished used hard drives sold as new
Refurbished used hard drive sold as new. This is old hard drive that they put a new label on. You can tell by the white label and scratches on it. Should be listed as refurbished.
