Overall, it works but you need to be patient!
What I liked was the fact that if you have a cat with multiple mats, this item does cut some of the mats off, but it really bothers my cat. I try to get at the mats slowly and not for a long time. Each time I go back though, I get more of the mats. So, based on what I've said, I think it works. You just have to be patient with your cat and try not to cut out all mats at the same time. Give your cat a rest...and also, my cat has some moles around his body. You must feel around for them and make sure you don't cut the mole.

My cat doesn't fight to get away. She actually loves the feel of it. Highly recommend it.
Very easy to use. Does exactly as advertised. My cat loves the massaging feeling as I comb out the under fur. Highly recommended.

Where have you been all this time ?
This product is really amazing!I have other brush and it didn't take off all the dead hair. I have 4 cats and I have less hair on the floor or everywhere.You definitely need it !!

Useless
This product does look like the picture but absolutely does not work. It does not comb through fur or even detangle or remove mats from a matted coat. it just runs on top of the fur. Absolute waste of money! Rating it a 0 but had to pick a star
