This just might be the answer you're looking for.
This really helped me. I don't have eczema or psoriasis anywhere else on my body, but my ears (inside) have been very dry and itchy, to the point of peeling, pain, and so on, for the last few years. This salve is thick and gritty and yellow, so I use it at night. I recommend it.

I'm thrilled to find something with completely natural ingredients that works.
The ingredients in this product are entirely natural - nothing synthetic. My interest in aromatherapy and essential oils and their healing properties led me to purchase this product. It has a light, pleasant citrus/shea butter fragrance, melts into the skin in response to body temperature, and the avocado oil, vitamin E, and other healing properties are amazing. I have eczema, and this product provides relief and my skin flare ups subsided and the rough spots, cracked skin, and irritations are on the mend. One thing I noticed: I use this on my hands and then wear cotton gloves at night. The cream is all natural and does leave a light yellow hue on my gloves - I don't mind as this washes out easily and is minor considering the benefits of using this product (e.g. my skin feels better) though I thought it was important to mention.I've been using this product for about five days, and I'm thrilled to find something with completely natural ingredients that works. The container mentions this formula was developed by an RN who sought relief for his/her own eczema challenges. I believe it! I'm giving this a five star review. I want to add that I purchased this product at a reduced fee in exchange for writing about my consumer experience using this product. So, these are my experiences and my personal opinions. I don't claim to be an expert. I hope this information is useful to others.

Rich natural balm with Shea butter but not sealed and appeared used
This ointment was formulated by a registered nurse challenged with eczema. I am a registered nurse too and suffer from undereye eczema, so I wanted to give this ointment a try. However, unlike the matching Healing Cleanser that I also got, the jar of this Healing Butter was not sealed and appeared used because the surface of the ointment was uneven, like it was pressed on in some places. There was no way I was going to put this on my eye lids and under them. Such products have to have at least one seal to assure consumers that they have not been used previously. Since I have bought this at a discounted price and did not want the hassle of returning it, I decided to use it on my feet, which do not have eczema but are very dry and need serious moisturizing. Although the name is Healing Butter, it is not really a butter but rather an ointment. I guess it was named this way because the main ingredient is Shea butter. It is greenish yellow, has a solid consistency that melts when touched and a strong herbal scent that I found pleasant. In addition to Shea butter the product has multiple oils and herbal extracts with no preservative or artificial ingredients. It seems like it would work really well on eczema, too bad I am not going to find that out. But is feels good on my feet, albeit a bit greasy, and moisturizes them really well. It is a great natural nourishing balm for dry skin but I was not convinced that the product has not been touched before, so I will continue with my current eczema products on my eyes and use this on my feet only. I received this Healing Butter at a promotional discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

It's summertime, this butter doesn't ship well.
I have sensitive, allergic, reactive, rosacea skin. Because of that, I use natural products on my skin, as chemicals (even naturally derived) seem to irritate it. Right now, it's the beginning of the "fall" allergy season. My skin has been reactive to some products, so I'm really careful with it right now. I started doing aromatherapy a little over a year ago. Took two online courses from a reputable aromatherapy school--Natural Living and Butters & Balms. Make a lot of my own skincare products at this point. Between that, and using natural hair products for a long time, I feel that I really understand ingredients and am pretty savvy about how and what to use. When I saw the ingredients for the N-diya Healing Butter--Butyrospermum Parkii (shea butter) Viti Vinifera ( grape seed oil) Persea Gratissima (Avocado oil) Cocos nucifera (coconut oil) Linum Usitatissimum (flax seed oil) Nigella Sativa (Black seed oil), Aloe Vera Calendula Officinalis(calendual) Matricaria chamomilla (chamomile) Symphytum Officinale (comfrey) Azadirachta indica (Neem oil) Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree oil) Lavandla latifolia (lavender)--I thought my skin might really love them. They are all ingredients that I've use in the past and haven't caused an unpleasant reaction. (I use all of the butters and oils and do herb infused oils.) Unfortunately, my Healing Butter shipped during a very hot week. I happened to buy coconut oil that was shipped in the same package, it was liquid (means the temperature was over 74 degrees.) Even if the butter was kept in ideal conditions at the Amazon warehouse, I'm sure the shipping agent kept it in a hot truck. It may have started out as a beautiful, whipped butter that filled the jar. What I received was something that probably had melted and reformed. It only filled about 2/3 of the jar and was a lumpy, revolting mess in appearance. (When a product melts and reforms, it doesn't necessarily degrade, it might shorten it's shelf life.) However, it smelled great. I feel like I smell lemongrass (one of my favorite scents) and DH thought he smelled orange when he used it; however, nothing with those aromas are listed in the ingredient list. I use a lot of products that have lavender and tea tree essential oils in them (one of my favorite deodorants.) This is not a combination I smell. So I can't say whether or not that's a complete ingredient list.My facial skin did not react well to this product. The allergic bumps got worse, not better. Stopped using it after two days. I did, however, use it on what looked like a rashy, bite on my shoulder. In a few minutes, the itch was gone. The rash was gone in a few hours. DH came home from playing golf today. He was scratching his ankle, a lot. There wasn't a bite or rash to be found. He asked a silly question, "Do you have anything for itching??" (I do aromatherapy after all. He has a bug bite/anti itch roller by his side of the bed:) I fetched the N-diya Healing Butter. He used a little and reported back about fifteen minutes later that it worked. No more itch. This product does work well on itchy skin. I thought about giving it four stars. I couldn't subtract for the appearance, it is the hottest part of the summer, after all. I just looked at the price and thought about it. It's very expensive for what you get--$32. It's probably 4 ounces by volume and2 1/2 by weight (maybe a little more.) That's a lot of money to spend on that amount of product, IMHO.I did receive a discount on this product with the expectation that I provide an honest review. This has no bearing on my rating and I review all products as if I had paid full price. My opinions are from my own personal experience with the product and I have no affiliation with the seller.
