Sturdy but be careful
Got this as I'm travelling solo soon and while it is very sturdy and easy to use, I'm glad I tested it out on different doors before using in hotels as the smaller of the 'windows' ended up jamming my door closed and I got locked in the room. Luckily it was ground floor so someone could crawl in the window to yank the door open again with force. At least it's strong! Haha

Keeps a door shut
Finicky to shut the door while keeping it in place, not something you can attach in a hurry. But it does keep a door shut and unable to open.

Ok, didn't fit but slanted it which worked
Small extruded side didn't fit the door hole, as another reviewer mentioned, slanting it using the bigger extruded side worked for me, I maybe able to hammer in the smaller side to get it to fit into the door hole

Quality
The product itself is good but it kept getting trapped and I was locked in my room for 30 mins trying to pry the door open due to it getting stuck

This product is entirely dependent on your door frame if it fits it works will it fit that depends on your doors for example this works on my front door but not my living room .........

Deceptively simple and effective.
Really great product, built very well and sturdy. Once installed correctly you pretty much have to break the door down to get in, it doesn’t look easy to bypass from the other side of the door either. I’m sure someone will come up with a way, but they’d have to know what was there. May not work on every single door, I tried a few in the flat of the same type but not every keep had been chiseled out correctly preventing installation between the door and the jam. Something to watch out for, maybe pack a mini chisel with it as well if taking on holiday. P.S. also doubles up as a bottle opener :)

Doesn’t work in uk
Doesn’t work in any premier inn hotels. Sides too high so the lock that is already already on door can’t lock at the same time so basically choose the hotel lock or this one. So no ‘extra’ safety.
