Voltas Beko 15 Place Settings Dishwasher. order was placed on18 /08/25, Dishwasher delivered on 23/08/25 ,which seemed to be DAMAGED and the damage was certified by Voltas Installation/ Demo person on 29/08/25 ,requested for Replace /Return on 30/08/25 ,as there was no replace available Return Request Approved on 30/08/25. but till 07/09/25 nobody responded , on 07/09/25 email reply was given as reminder ,but again no response ,then again tried hard to contact customer service , and some how got sucess to contact , after explaining all the case to 3 to 4 persons by call diversions and holding the call for very long period and confirming the Return Fail, Second Return was Raised on 09/09/25, Again till date today 17/09/25 No attempt for Return from company .Now after one month I cannot use the machine and my money is also not refunded.Trying hard to contact but failingEVEN AFTER ALL THIS FALIURE THEY ARE ASKING FOR STAR RATING

Great machine. Although the cycle time is higher for intentive and aquaflex but no effect on the electricity bill. You need to know how to use it efficiently. Slightly pre rinse to remove bigger food particles. Tea vessel scrub Slightly. If Oily vessels and too much load use intensive cycle for best results smtimes I load it alternate day to make full use of each cycle and efficient use of electricity and depending on load. Salt rinseaid and half Tablet of finish is enough for one cycle. The best part is the cutlery tray almost all spoons and ladle fit in and good quantity. Sometime you cab even put small bowls and quarter plates dishes depending upon the the space and make sure to select super rinse for some additional walter for each cycle and you are sorted. Purchased in Jan 23 and completely mesmerized and satisfied with the result. One feature the company cab is auto door open after the cycle. At this price I feel that feature will add more value for money, and have good customer base for Indian families specially working women whonmah want to reduce dependency on maids and do not want to compromise on wash quality. After some practice you can wash 100+ small and big vessels in one cycle itself.

Bad after sales sevice, it'sseems installation executive know nothing , I know more than him. It's 4 month and water heating stops. And cleaning quality declined.It's more then 20 days after technician vist and I had call them many times. But according to them part is coming. After sales service is very important. Just selling product and leave Costner suffering.

I received 2 year old machine which I came to know later and the display light was not working, the technician repaired and said now it is fine. After using for 4 months tried all possible options. Not satisfied with the cleaning. The options and features are very good. Later I came to know that the detergent which I purchased online was adulterated and was the reason for all these confusion. Now after buying good quality detergent from super market, very much satisfied with the machine. Now I am very happy with the machine.

Firstly the product was delivered via Delihevery partner and it arrived with 2 days delaySecond, the product received is damanged, if you compare the original picture as shared by Amazon and the one I attached, the bottom beeding is missing, and the hinge is handing out on the left hand side. The door won't fully open, I thoroughly examined, and there are no obstacles blocking to open the door.

The space is not enough for big utensils. And instead of one shutter opening of the machine we can try for 2 door opening like cupboard. I hope can make cleaning more efficient.
