The most incredible cookbook
As a life long lover of both cooking and cookbooks this has to be one of the very best. It is very well laid out , excellent photography and an eclectic mix of recipes. So many of the recipes appeal and are very usable in every day cooking . I have trialled a number of them and all ,without fail , worked out and were simple to make . This book will suit cooks of every level . I intend to buy more copies as presents.

Excellent recipe book, the best I own
The book covers starters, mains and and deserts from a wide range of cuisines and recipes are well written and easy to follow. A few reviewers have commented that the recipes are overly complicated but I disagree, maybe if you're very new to cooking it may not be the best starter recipe book but as recipe books go it's one of the more straightforward. To give an idea of the quality of the recipes, I own around 20 recipe books, whenever I buy a new one I always have a flick through and tag the pages of any recipe which appeals, this one has about 4 times as many tags as my second favourite book.

Achievable recipes
A Christmas present for my mum and I had a quick look through before wrapping. Lots of recipes I would be happy to try and they seemed quite everyday rather than something you would never eat. Good pictures too to show the possible end results.

Recipes
I wanted a basic cookbook and had a very old one of this book. I bought this as I thought it was just the old one updated. It had a nice design but some of the recipes were quite difficult. Not suitable for beginner.
