This is an amazing green tea. Korean green tea is a little known world in America and this is simply some of the best available, whether in Korea or in America. Jukro is a venerable tea company and it sets the standard for Hwagae Valley teas. If you're wondering about the value, you have to realize that this comes from the semi-wild tea plants of Jiri Mountain and is all hand produced. This is truly old world quality.If you brew with low water temperature (use only spring water or bottled drinking water to appreciate the quality of the tea) and high tea volume, your first steeping will be an incredible rich, umami-filled earthy jade liquor. Subsequent steepings will have pleasant grainy, barley, sweet corn notes.

pleasant surprise to find a very good quality Korean tea from amazon. Price is a bit high for Sejak ( not Ujeon) still very nice quality so it is worth....My only hope is they should print the harvest year on the package... then I would have given a 5- star..
