This is a nice lotion. I will say however, I did break out for about the first week of using it and I considered returning it because nobody wants their skin to break out but I found out that there's a difference between literally breaking out and skin "purging " itself when you switch to a new product so I really think that's what was happening. The breaking out went away and I do have to say it's a nice lotion- not heavy or greasy. I use it at night so I really can't say how it is for day use but since it is light, I would think day use or night, depending on your needs.
