Awesome cover durable cover protector work great for outdoor type of person who drop stuff a lot

It worked fine for a few days, I put it on a charger overnight. In the morning,the screen was jumping around by itself and did not respond to human touch, rendering the phone worthless

i asked the salesperson if my phone had speed dial she told me yes. when the phone got here it didn,nt. can they make an app for that?

The updated version of the duoforce pro isnt nearly as user friendly or as durable as the old versions. I had my last pro for about 7 years and rarely had any issues, but in moving on to the ultra 5 version, I have had issues with functionality (Having to reboot the phone orten) and now, with a simple drop from about 3 feet, the screen cracked.This phone was just not up to the standards that I am used to dealing with for the Kyocera brand.

I replace my old Kyocera phone with this new one, I was already a verizon customer. I was concerned that I might have problems getting the phone to work, but no issues. The phone arrived looking new. I swapped the sim card and that was it. Verizon sent an email for me to confirm the switch but no other problems. I used an add on app to transfer my data and contacts. This saved my five hundred dollars compared to buying new from verizon.

I'm giving this a one star right now. I've had this phone 3.5 days . It was immediately placed in a protective case and screen protector applied. The phone's screen has already begun to separate from the case when being held face down. While this is not a new phone, it was represented as reconditioned like new. I've contacted the seller about the issue, waiting on a response.

Got the one for my cell provider, took in to the store and had it activated and numbers transferred and it has been doing great for about 2 weeks, and alot cheaper than buying at the store. And I'm not under no contract
