I was pleased to order this favorite soap and lotion through Amazon for the convenience. I was very disappointed when I received the item. There was no protection in the packaging, and the bottles are extremely beaten up. This photo is after trying to clean up the bottle with a magic eraser. At this price point, part of the appeal of the product is this sleek design which looks nice on the counter. That is rendered useless by the lack of care for the products by the seller. I would recommend paying for shipping and buying direct from Byredo. It may cost a bit more, but would be worth it in the end. As it was received, this is not anywhere near the price point.

Love the product, would definitely buy again
I love the scent and would recommend it to any Byredo fan. Suede has a sense of sophistication, not as sweet as Blanche but very soothing, warm and soft.
