Q: Does this product come with the hamburger?

I'd hope so - lots of false advertising here on The 'Zon, but this particular product seems legit. I'd only worry about spoilage/maggots. Probably it comes in a refrigerated case-thing. Can't confirm that, but seems likely. Odd there's nowhere to specify rare/medium/whatever; that seems a bit suspect. Hmm. Maybe the "hamburger" is just like a prop to impress your friends, make them think you brought along a hamburger for your commute or whatever. More questions than answers here actually. Safe to assume the fries are included though.

Q: what is the maximum weight can this product hold?

According to the directions it says 3lbs. - I use this tray for just quick meals on the go, like: a pre-made salad, couple slices of pizza, sub-sandwich, container of mac/cheese, etc. It just helps from the food falling into my lap when taking bites.

Q: can these be easily removed and reinstalled as needed or are they permanently installed?

Easily removed and reinstalled. I only use mine for long trips.

Q: How thick is the arm? also if this is cheaply made, we’re can i find one in gp, oregon

It seems sturdy. It seems strong enough for the job that it’s intended to do.
