I just received this item. It took me about 5 minutes to install the replacement pin. I didn't even know there was a tool for this! It really came in handy. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because the replacement pin is noticeably thinner than the original. But only time will tell (pun intended) if this holds up. If I get a year out of this pin, it is worth the money, and now I have that tool.

It works well, and it includes a good assortment of various sizes of spring bars. Those bars aren't sold any more in local stores that I checked. For what the store would have charged me if they sold them, I got this entire toolkit for about the same price. The only problem with will be remembering where it is the next time I need to do this rare repair.

I have a Citizen Eco-Drive mens watch and have popped the wrist band pin out several times over doing this and that and the other. As I removed the original metal wrist band for comfort, safety, and safe keeping and use "The Band" or similar velcro wrist bands instead, it is needless to say I wear this watch everywhere, including work, swimming, etc. Here's the important part. I needed a stainless steel replacement pin, that would be tough and fit; in regard to the fitting... well, now I know 18mm is the size I need. Not sure, if all Citizen Eco-Drive mens watches are the same size, when it comes to this part, but this one fits mine. This kit comes with a variety of pin sizes, but now I have three more well fitting, seemingly nicely made replacement pins, for when I wreck the one I just installed, once again. Hope this helps.

I did not like the product and had to return it. I wish the fork was a little more durable. The gripping part is good, but the metal part that retains the fork is made of a low quality metal and Ben’s too much.

This little set is perfect. I really like the included tool. It helps a lot when handling such small thin pins. The pins are fairly strong and haven't let up yet. I appreciate the variety of sizes as you never know exactly what you will need to replace. Each size has 4 pins in the kit. Well worth the current price of $8.99.

I needed one pin to replace one in my watch. I couldn't find what I needed in local stores. This kit comes with a good selection of pin sizes so you don't have to guess. Also, the tool that comes with the pins makes removal and installation much easier. I ranked ease of use as '4' since there is nothing that anyone can do to make watch pins easy to remove or install. No reflection on the product

I benefited from the many sizes of pins included. If I had only ordered pins in the length I thought I needed, I'd have had to order more pins in the length I actually needed.

I don't find these tools particularly intuitive to use. Some instructions for dummies would have been nice. Plus, it didn't end up having the correct pin size. Yes, I could have measured before I bought, but I thought there would be an adequate array and my dad was very ill at the time and I was hoping to fix his watch for him. I couldn't.
