I love these vitamins! I love that they are liquid so that it gets in your system faster. Being one that suffers from fibromyalgia, our bodies don't absorb vitamins and minerals like normal. So for myself, liquid vitamins makes more sense. I love the vitamins and minerals in them. You don't always get all of those in one capsule. The capsule is black, so I was skeptical about it containing liquid as stated; I was gently squeezing it so see if was powder or liquid, and it accidentally burst on me. So, yes, it was filled with liquid for those that doubt. I have been taking this for a while, and I genuinely love it. I would highly recommend this if you are concerned about the vitamins and minerals getting in to your system. Liquid is the way to go. Seller ships fast and and package was in great condition.

Great vitamin! There are a few items I think should be a bit higher (Folic Acid is 200mcg. I believe recommended level is 400mcg). I do like the liqigel vs tablets though and I love the fruit and veg factors that are included.

This vitamin did seem to give me a little more pep, but did not care for the capsules because they are black.

I especially like the Liquid Multivitamin Dietary Supplement because I seem to tolerate and digest the liquid filled capsules so much better than the powder filled. There are so many vitamins and minerals included in the 2 capsule serving that I could not have space to mention them all so I took a picture of the label for you to see for yourself. On top of all the vitamins and minerals and antioxidants, it also contains a 42 Fruit and Vegetable Blend that I also tried to capture for you. I am so pleased with Rejuve; only wish it were more than one month supply.

I am holding back one star as I have only been using these for several weeks. It feels like they are of benefit somewhat. I will know more once I go through the entire bottle.

This vitamin helps me have more energy and fills in the gaps in my nutrition. They seem to be good quality and they are easy to swallow.
