Duofold Men's Mid Weight Crew Neck Thermal Sleepwear

I am a woman and bought this men's shirt because the women's medium Duofold top was too tight in the arms and was uncomfortable. The men's medium on me was nice and long in the arm, covering all of my wrists and the torso was long enough to cover my waist and then some, making it warmer. There was enough room in the shoulders and chest to make it comfortable. I wear it as a night shirt.

Duofold did a great job with this incredibly warm base layer! The mix of materials used on the outer layer combined with the comfy inner layerof cotton make this a do it all base layer for North Texas. Very warm, wicks well, and a great fit for a 6', 160# male. Great value in this product. Does what all the $50.00 base layers promise. I had given up on Duofold for the past few years but this material, its quality and price make it a real winner.

I've been wearing variations of this Duofold shirt for many, many years, and still wear the first one I bought, though it ended up with a small hole burned in it when I was tending our fire. I hate synthetic fabrics, and a bit of nylon is all this has in the outer layer. It's soft to the skin, warm enough as a single layer (with a leather shirt jacket) for most winter days where we live in the NC mountains, and is a great first layer when we have Polar Winters.

I am wearing my duofold mid weight bottoms right now. I got both top and bottom in blue about 2 weeks ago and when it's cold in New England, I am comforted by an extra layer outside or just wear these as PJ's. I don't like polyester or synthetics. I don't go for those high tech fabrics. I prefer natural fibers in touch with my skin. So, the cotton layer inside of the merino wool outside are great for the winter.I find that the sewing and seams are well done. The set was a little large on me before laundering and probably shrink 5%. (don't quote me on that %) I am 170 and 5'9" and large fits me perfectly after washing. Easy on and off unlike some brands which bind around the ankles.So, 4 out of 5......Probably has nothing to do with the product but shipping took weeks to get these. I really can't believe that good quality clothing like this isn't more available. When I grew up, stuff like this was available everywhere. Now, it's like a specialty. Price also seems a little steep but I understand the work involved in processing the wool and cotton. I would recommend this to friends and family. And maybe Amazon could make this a more available option with the usual 2-5 day shipping.

My mom used to buy these for me when I was a little kid. Now I'm 52 and still wearing them every winter. Right out of the package they're as soft as your favorite old tee shirt, just a lot warmer! If you're going out in the cold and layering your clothes, these make the perfect base. If it gets too warm just drop the outer layer and you'll be good to go. Some reviews complain about shrinkage. Well what would you expect from a product that's almost entirely cotton and wool? I wash mine in cold water and then hang to dry. They last for years and don't shrink. If you have to put them in the dryer then I guess you should buy a size larger. They're also very adaptable to your body type. I've got about 10 of these shirts. Recently I've gained some weight and probably need to start buying a larger size, but after 5 or 10 minutes of wearing them, they stretch out nice and comfortable.

Have used Duofold for years and they are really comfortable. First time to buy the top and it runs maybe a little small and does not tuck into pants very far. Maybe I will order the next larger size next time. Minor detail. These thermals last a very long time and are subjected to outside work under blue jeans. You will not be disappointed with these thermals.

First this has two layers, and the inner layer is not sof and smooth like all the other Dufold products i have purchased. Second the medium is way too tight and all the other medium duofolds are fine this one is too small.I thought i could get used to the rough feel but wish i had returned it for this reason mainly and also that the sizing is not accurate.Poor quality, poor feel, poor sizing. You should stop selling this product

This shirt is warm, cozy and the right length to keep you covered.I love the feel and it washes well also.
