Goes well with the Leadership Challenge original book which I would recommend to anyone studying Leadership and willing to practice a discipline and realistic approach! Planning to put some elements to a youth group I am presently mentoring. A good “walk the talk” tool.

Not for individual assessment very much. Many questions are directed towards groups of people or organizations. Need actual leadership experience and not theoretical experience
