French Press: Single, Double and Up-to Three Serve Cup Espresso Coffee Maker (12 Oz)

Very pleased with the design of this product. The french press feels well-made and is quite sturdy. I like that the top of the plunger is flat so you could place it upside down on your counter if you'd like. And the glass is removable yet fits snug, it was easier to separate if run under some hot water for a bit. And the plunger does not slip out when pouring. I was unsure of the handle from the photos, looked like it stuck out awkwardly, but in-person it looks fine and it's easy to use. It's cute! Also the wire mesh of the plunger extends all the way to the sides of the glass, and the outer edge of the mesh is doubled over so there's no fringe sticking out. Only wish is that it was plastic-free, but the majority of it isn't--so I'm not too phased by it. Very glad I decided to return another french press I purchased and get this one instead! I'll be keeping this one.

I got tired of French presses with plastic and thin metal frames that easily broke or let the glass slip out. This one is made of thick, strong metal and should last me years. The sturdy frame and handle feel solid to pick up and use, and probably keeps coffee hot longer. I added the extra screen packed with it to filter the coffee even more. It makes a heavenly cup of coffee!

Great product that is beautifully designed and works well! The plunger works beautifully making great tasting cafe Americano. For wash-up, the borosilicate glass beaker is easy to remove from its stainless holder, yet when making and pouring coffee, the glass beaker is held snugly in place by the stainless holder. The design of the stainless holder has a base, (keeping the steeping hot water/coffee-in-glass-beaker off the counter) which contains the heat instead of dissipating. The handle does not become hot when coffee is steeping. I would recommend this highly!

I purchased this French Press after my previous one broke. It seems very well made and I like that it comes with a replacement mesh filter. The glass on this one seems thicker and more durable than my previous one. I also like that the glass fits quite snugly into the stainless steel sleeve so I'm not worried it will accidentally fall out. My only complaint is that when the plunger is fully depressed, the filter does not go all the way to the bottom. As you can see in the photo, there's well over an inch of space between the bottom of the filter and the bottom of the glass container. I have been using the top from my previous French press instead, which allows me to completely press the coffee to the bottom of the glass container. I'm surprised that nobody else has mentioned this in reviews and now I'm wondering if I've got a defective one. I'm only giving it two stars since all I'm really using on this is the handle on the glass container. Arguably, plunger and filter is the most important part and I'm not even using that.

Just right for one cup of coffee. It is plactic not metal, but that is fine, it looks great... Love it

Design looks good. All parts received in shipment. The glass carafe part of the unit is too thin, and it broke... cracked around the diameter about halfway down. Fortunately, no spill/mess.Problem:Unit is promoted as an "espresso" coffee press. Using espresso style finely ground coffee, the pressure of the plunger becomes too much for the thin glass. Might work a bit better with coarser coffee grind.Also the volume is a bit smaller than I'm accustomed to. I had a Bodum coffee press for 20 years with a bit larger carafe and never a breakage problem (gave it away during a move).

This item had a few issues. The metal shell allows coffee grounds to be trapped between the glass and metal, making it impossible to get fully clean. The item comes with an extra screen which is nice but the plunger doesn’t come apart to replace it or add it as a double screen press. I like the size of the press. I wish it was a tiny bit larger but it’s ok. I wouldn’t recommend.

This is a single serve French Press coffee maker. It says so right in the description so that shouldn't be a shock. It works as described and even made my run of the mill daily automatic drip coffee wonderful!If I had one complaint it would be no instructions, I went online and found some instructions that seem to work well for me, but I feel like I might be using too much coffee. Going to continue to play with my measurements and see.

This product is Awesome! It’s works well for my espresso preparation and is small enough to fit on the counter without taking up too much space! Well worth the money and continuous usage! Enjoying my Espresso making experience!

Use it every day. No problems at all. We were using a larger coffee press by another brand but found the coffee was getting cold quickly and we were throwing out quite a bit. This lets us make one at a time so no coffee is wasted.

Very well made. Great quality product. Beautiful to look at and best of all, the vendor is very ethical and good at supporting customers. Would do business again !!
