Many issues to this product!
PC constantly freezes, or shuts down on its own. In game or not. Loading the pc stays on the beginning load screen as in the photo, and I would have to shut it down a number of times hoping it gets there. Sometimes I would wait for days and it will still be on that screen loading.

the pc is great but there is a major issue
i recently purchased this pc as my old one had died and its great aside from the fact that windows 10 was NOT activated i searched everywhere for the product key and literally could not find it so now im stuck with a hug activate windows watermark

Same problem as others. No video output
Total rip off. Came with a bad mother board in guessing. Turns on, but has no video output. Then, to return it, you have to buy another box to put the return box in. Totally disappointed.

Literally came already open without a gpu/case was all smashed up and front panel just laying in box.
