A stand alone alternative
Texture may take a little getting used to, but great taste and really filling, keeping hunger at bay. Have only used with no suger almond milk (0g carb), so also a plus for keto followers.

Tastes nothing like porridge
This isn't unpleasant and has low carbs but don't be fooled, it's NOT a porridge substitute. It tastes nothing like porridge. It's got the consistency of partially cooked quinoa. It also says to add only 80ml of milk if you like it not so runny. I'd definitely add the 100ml next time as it's very stodgy with only 80ml.

Perfect porridge substitution for people following a keto diet.Great nutritional value, great taste. Easy to follow the instructions and mix them with water.You can both micro-wave them and also cook them on the stove the old fashioned way.Go well with water and milk (substitutes as well, so far I've tried with coconut milk, oat milk, soy milk and almond milk).

Other half says the extra fibre has done the trick!
Bought this as a boost to add fibre to a keto diet. Apparently it's done the trick.
