This is the real deal. No mincing of words, no sugarcoating... just pure, raw, unadultered and straight forward magical knowledge and reference at your finger tips. It's very refreshing to see such stuff amid a sea of less than clear tomes. Highly recommended. I'll get her Quareia trilogy in the foreseeable future.

Josephine McCarthy has done a great service explaining esoteric and arcane knowledge about the western mystical tradition. The book is packed with fascinating information about the power commonly referred too as Magic. A quality tome which looks great on the bookshelf and is excellent value given the quality of the binding. Buy it!

As per usual any book by Josephine McCarthy is worth buying! If you want to study Magic then this is a must have. Josephine runs the Quareia magical course and this is an essential series of booksfor those wanting to undertake that training.
