Dexterity and pretty good heat protection - excellent product
I really like having full gloves instead of oven mitts or trying to use a towel/hot pad to hold something hot. We're not lobsters - why is this such a breakthrough? In any case they are a little roomy - my hands are relatively large (compared to the president anyway) -- these might swallow a small hand. Also, you do start to feel some significant heat around 600/650 degrees. I would definitely go slowly if I tried to grip something at 900 degrees. But where a pizza stone from my grill blackened a mitt at 550 these took the heat pretty well - I didn't have to run to put it down and that's money in my book.

Works very well.
They seem to work well. Not quite sure they work any better than the Ove Glove we have had for years. Certainly not disappointed though.

Reading reviews less than 5 Stars I noticed a couple of things...People said didn't work pouring a liquid... they are NOT steam proof...People said not enough silicone for the heat... isn't silicone to prevent slipping???These are SOOO Great... have a pair in the kitchen... for my GF... and one at my BBQ...I guess you have to get directions in WRITING to use correctly... nevermind... it IS in writing on the product description and further info on ad...

I ordered these gloves at first mainly to use for my hobby of forging metal, but soon also started using when barbecuing to prevent "hot hands" and I have discovered so many additional uses for them - they're great oven mitts as well as useful in the winter when we light and add wood to our fireplace, I also take them camping and they're great when roasting marshmallows or hot dogs on sticks, really preventing burns andkeeping my hands and wrists protected. Highly recommended for a variety of uses!

Not as tough as we expected.
Gloves arrived around Oct 9, 2018. Initially pleased, but now, 3 months later, the fingertips have worn through- despite having a much higher temp rating than the “Ove Gloves” we bought months ago. The Ove Gloves are worn, but still ok.

Great heat resistant gloves!!
These gloves are great. I am using them to grill. To test them I put my hand in the flame for a few seconds and the glove got warm but did not melt or catch fire. Please note they do run big. I am an adult male and they were a little large for my hands, however, not so large, I felt I needed to return them.
