Nordik Water Cooler Room Temperature & Cold - High Flow Faucets, Removable Stainless Steel Reservoir

This water cooler has given us nothing but trouble and is very poorly crafted. The splash guard up top is so shallow that no matter how you tip the water bottle onto the stand, water goes all over the place. But that's not the biggest problem...it leaks. If you don't snap the levers back into place perfectly they drip (they also fill extremely cheap and flimsy). Twice I have come downstairs in the morning to have found the reservoir overfilled and our floor flooded, so I have to check it EVERY night to make sure that it is not dripping. Also, the spouts are positioned so close the the back that you can't use it to fill ice trays or sippy cups with a wide rim, the water just flows down the back.On top of everything, they sent us the wrong model, but we kept it only because it is SO expensive to return, and you have to eat that cost. Overall terrible experience with the product and the company who sells them. Please don't waste your money on ANY of their products!

I chose this item over less expensive dispensers because:(1) it does not have a hot-water spigot - those harbor bacteria. I wouldn't drink water from one of those.(2) it has a removable, stainless steel basin which can be washed. Stainless steel is much more sanitary than plastic. It was important to me to be able to cleanse the unit. I know people who've had a water dispenser in their kitchen for years without washing the internal part of the cooler that has contact with the water bottles from various supermarkets. Yuck.I've had this in my kitchen for about two weeks and I've been nothing but pleased. The high flow faucets work well; I've heard others complain about waiting for enough water to fill even a glass, and I have very little wait filling larger containers like the coffee carafe or cooking pots. It's also completely silent, unlike some units which give off a slight electronic hum. It also does not have a logo or colorful, big brand-name prominently displayed - I wanted a water cooler, not an advertisement, and that's what I got. I'm very pleased with it.
