Good product but usage expires in 6 months
Good product. But the expiry is in just 6 months. I wonder if it’s standard for all batches

These capsules work
I was having a problem with my legs cramping while backpacking even though I was well hydrated. I started using these GU capsules throughout the day while hiking and the cramps no longer happen. I highly recommend this product.

Pleased with the results
Really having good results since I started talking these. Read an article suggesting BCAA would aid in recovery and energy. I am skeptical about such claims, but also remember my moms doctor suggesting she take these as she was trying to recover from Chemo. I do a lot of long distance running and I was pleasantly surprised at my recovery and energy after long runs.
