My dog loves it but half the bag ends up as crumbs!
I rated this 5 star simply because this is the first dog food my finicky dog will eat. I’ve tried every kind and she loves this. As far as the taste goes she has never told me but I’m assuming she likes the chicken flavor. I have never tasted it so I cannot report on this. Lol! However the value for the money is terrible. The last bag I purchase was 24 oz and one third of it was crumbs. My dog will not eat the crumbs. I have tried other freeze dried food and they were not the texture of this food and did not crumble. The only reason I purchased this again is because it’s the only kind my dog will eat. Otherwise I would not purchase this again. I believe Stewart’s should figure out a way to produce this food without most of it crumbling away . It’s not right to pay that much for dog food to have it inedible. I don’t mind buying quality food for my pets but I feel this is like throwing money away.

Pet Loves it. Eats it. No obvious problems
Good food. However seems to vary on smell upon opening a good bit; enjoy using it for convenience but in honesty maybe able to make your own foods at a more consistent quality. As there appears always a Big price gap in sale vs regular price point. Could be clearing product during a sale? Unsure but We always try to do the best for our pets. I do and would recommend the product for our pet will consume it and has no problems digestion wise; which is a Noted Blessing!!!!

Great food
We have been researching a raw diet for several months. Due to our situation it was not going to work out for us to prep and feed raw. With much research we did not want any food with potatoes, corn, rice or lentils. Pre packaged raw is quite expensive, so we are down to dehydrated or freeze dried. Tried another brand it was like mush and had potatoes. Landed on Stewart's. Our mix LOVES, and that's an understatement. She stands by the sink and whines while the water is soaking into the nuggets. There is not a crumb left behind. We have a somewhat of a picky eater. When we first adopted her it took three types of dog food before we could get her to eat. Then it was sporadic when she did eat. The food doesn't take up as much room as the kibble and stays fresher with smaller packaging. This is week three on the food and her stool has decreased by 2/3, and only once per day with zero gas. Looked for the product locally with no luck. We have set up auto delivery of multiple flavors! Highly recommended from our little girl and the poop scooper :)

Good Food
I have a chihuahua and she's so picky with food. I've given her about 5 nuggets at a time of this new food with her other food, (Little Ceasar's wet) to slowly transition her. She picks up a nugget at a time and carries it to the living room and eats it up, and continues in this way until all 5 are gone. She left the rest of her other food but ate it a little later on. She's had 4 meals now of this new food. It's expensive, but she only needs a cup or so a day as she's a little overweight. I figure with 16 cups to a bag, it'll last a good 2 weeks. But so far she's eaten this new food every time I give it to her. The other food she'd only eat when really hungry, (I guess). I'll give it 5 stars if she continues to like this and continues to eat it.

Great quality
This dog food is wonderful. I love having quality raw food easily used for our dog. The price is worth knowing she’s getting quality nutrition. Easy and portable. Easy to take on hiking and camping trips vs trying to bring raw packs of meat to feed her.

Rancid oil odor and my two dogs will not eat it!
I had this product in my monthly subscription order. It never compared to Stella & Chewy's as it was chalky and powdery but was more cost friendly. However, my last two shipments had a horrible rancid oil smell to them when opening the package. My food-loving dogs refused to eat their food with this as a topping. I threw out the first bag and ate the cost. However, I requested a refund for the second bag! Amazon promptly took care of the refund. Happy with Amazon's handling of the customer service side of it, but disappointed with the inconsistency of the product and the possibility that it could have made my dogs sick.

My Maltese says no thank you
My 8 to Maltese last year almost died when the Vet over vaccinated her. She was in the emergency room for a week and 1 blood transfusion. Afterwards, the specialist docs wanted her to be on a soft food. I tried every canned food-she refused more than half. I started doing some research to find healthier foods for her. I tried other dehydrated brands, which at first she enjoyed, but later decided, mmm, no thanks Mom, so I thought I would also try this brand which seemed to be a healthy choice. She immediately said no thank you. She still loves the Stella and Chewy patties-salmon and sirloin. This food seemed packaged well and appearance seemed right. Its hard to spend this much on dog food and have your dog turn her nose up though. I will try to give it away to less picky dog friends I guess

Premium quality food that dog loves it
I am been buying this brand of dog food for last 3 years. It is a premium quality food, however price just went up by 20% in just one month. This is were it gets 1 star for "value for money". I have stopped buying it because it just the broke the price threshold, were I cant justify paying 20 % more that what I paid few months back. Many buyers will consider it as high priced with jump in price.Update: price has come back down to normal now at $41 from $56, hope it stays that way, giving the product 5 star that it deserves for its top quality. Sometimes it is ok for manufacturers to temporarily giveup some profit, instead of jacking up the price and let the customers go.

Too powdery. Too expensive
It costs way too much... is powdery ,,, a lot of the dried pieces tend to disintegrate in the bag.. 3 ounce bag was 55$! I ordered in American but in Canadian it quadrupled in price
