Great Supplement

I have been using this Keratin supplement for some time now at a daily dosage. It has been very helpful! I have noticed a strengthening in my nails, which tend to be very fragile. Previously, they would crack, tear, and peel constantly, never getting longer than the end of my finger. Now, I have less of a problem maintaining their length and have noticed less peeling. I have also noticed hair growth at my temples. At first, I was afraid that I was frying my hair with my styling products, however, my hairdresser took a look and noted that it was new growth! While still short in length, it is definitely still growing.

Strengthens hair and nails

I’m almost done with my first bottle, and realized this week that my nails were so much stronger, they were no longer breaking. It took almost a month to see those results, but suddenly both my hair and nails are denser. Very impressed.
