It is not eatable, don't like it . I want to return it. What to do

It looked like an old stock rice. When I opened the pack flies was flying from the pack. Looks dusty as well.

First 2 orders quality was good. This time the rice is not getting cooked as it was like the past 2 orders rice even after cooking more time than the previous 2 orders rice. Hence, we're switching to other suppliers now due to quality issue.

Needs to soak n then cook for long time as it contains gd fibre
