Upon arrival I automatically started to unbox the items and take them out of their packaging. Two of the bottles in one of the packs had Lids that would screw on at an angle. I was a little disappointed but the quality on the other ones we're so good that I was just going to buy another pack to replace those two. But then I read their card in there package which said that they will replace damaged items. So, I emailed them and ask them to replace the two bottles that were damaged. There was a mix-up and they mistakenly sent me a pair of there EyeSnugs. I had assumed that it was a complimentary gift for the inconvenience but when the liquid snugs never arrived I emailed them again asking if that was a mistake or if it was a complimentary gift and if I should be expecting my replacements soon. They got back to me relatively fast and said that it was a mistake.They ended up mailing me two replacement packs when I only needed two bottles. It was really nice of them to do that and their customer service is really the best customer service experience I've had so far. I usually never contact customer service because it's such a hassle sometimes that I usually would rather just buy the item again if it's not too expensive. The LiquiSnugs bottles are made of a thick silicone and they don't seem like they would easily tear.I was able to fit both packs of the LiquiSnugs into a 1 quart travel bag for toiletries which is TSA requirement for all liquids in a carry-on I believe. I was able to fit a whole weeks worth of shampoo and body wash in the larger bottles, but my hair is only 6in long right now so products go a longer way for me at the moment.The Liquisnugs have a silicone leak prevention thing on the inside of the cap, similar to the kind that is in a ketchup bottle. They also have a built in lable which is really nice because I have horrible hand writing and you can always change the lable name for your next trip. I think it had a lable for soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, sunscreen, a blank one. There nice quality suction cup on the back as well.Over all, I definitely would buy them again especially since the company stands by their product and is willing to replace it without any hassle.Lastly, I am adding a review about the EyeSnugs as well since they did send me some as well. They are pretty good quality and two come in one pack there are also two packs of ear plugs and a two draw string bags. Its pretty nice because they dont touch your lashes when they are on and they do completely block out the light which is cool. They have a velcro strap on the back of the elastic head band in case you dont want to mess up your hair putting it on. I washed one of them and it became kind of soft and it touches your eyes after that. It didnt come apart in the wash but it did bleed some ink.

I always bought the cheap dollar store ones and they always leaked, had to put them in ziploks just to make sure I didn’t leak everywhere. Bought these because I wanted to bring my body cream since a small trial sized bottle cost me $6 the last time. Figured for $10 this was a great investment. I’m so glad I got these! They are leakproof, fit so much in the bottles, soft and easy to squeeze. I love that you can turn the top to specify what’s in the bottle too. I started traveling a lot this year and this definitely made it easier to bring my essentials with me.

These worked well on a recent trip when I wanted to have only a carry on and needed small toiletry containers. They were easy to fill and the twist labels worked well. I appreciated the suction cups in one hotel that didn't have a shower shelf. They were sturdy and leak proof, yet I had no problems dispensing the liquids. I took off one star because this set is not as colorful as some others and I would have liked the option of getting some 1 ounce containers. For a 3 week trip. the three ounce containers were larger than needed.

It’s kind of ridiculous to use all caps in describing what is essentially just silicone tubes. However, they are worthy of the caps. I bought two sets which is why the photo shows four large and one small. I’ve traveled about a dozen times with these both domestic and internationally. They are extremely easy to fill. Even my thickest body cream from a tub fills relatively easily. These are 💯 leak proof so I feel confident tossing them into a suitcase loose. Although I don’t pack that way. The only negative I have is that I do not like the logo printed on them. I have used the suction cups only once in a hotel with proper walls for suction. They didn’t work well. But then I didn’t buy them for the cups. I actually wish they didn’t have the cups. On a scale of one to ten, these are a twenty five.

I’ve been traveling for work for over two years now. I used travel sizes of all of my favorite products and then refilled with full-sized purchases. All of my shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, etc came in different sized travel containers with varying success of being airtight, travel safe, and leak proof.The generic travel size containers that you can buy in any big box store? Forget about it! You have to put those into separate snack size Ziploc bags to make sure they don’t leak/explode and make a mess of your luggage!I’m on my sixth trip with TravelSnugs. LOVE THEM!
