Purchased for Mom for bday gift. I was looking for something she could put on her bed that didn't have giant rollers in it so she could leave it under her sheet to use when she needs or just leave it there when not using. This is perfect for that. No need to keep putting it away and pulling it back out to use it. She leaves it under her sheet and says it adds a nice little cushion to her spot on the bed but other than that she says she can't tell it's there. No rollers bulging out. Vibration and massage features are amazing. It gets all the praise from me. Mom loves it! Uses it daily and has said that she doesn't know how she was surviving before this. Highly recommend.

I did not receive the adapter.
I did not receive the adapter. I am very disappointed. The link for support took me took me to Ergomaster's website. The website has no information on this product. The products listed on the website are office furniture related only. Also, the company is in Poland. There no mention of manufacturer in the manual. I contacted support via the website a few minutes ago. Hopefully the issue will be addressed expeditiously in a few days or I am going to return the Massager.Update: I have received no information from support. Therefore, I am going to return the item. I don't recommend this product at all.

It hurts when it's not vibrating
It heats and vibrates fine but I have to get up out of bed and take it off the bed. I was hoping to find something that I could leave under the sheet. I have tried and currently have three others that do the same thing. So I guess I don't make one like what I want.
