- Lid cut-out is designed to fit the new Nomiku WiFi immersion circulator
- Precision-cut notch is posistioned to allow the Nokiku WiFi to "face forward" and allows removal without moving circulator; helps retain heat and water vapor
- Note: Circulator is not included and must be supplied separately; The 6.5 gal. pan will accomidate from one to three of our SVE expandable racks (also listed on Amazon)
