right pedal strap broke
the right strap broke after 3 weeks of use which should not happen so soon after simple correct use. it is the right strap- can you send a replacement right pedal strap please? Needed to replace the straps on a recumbent exercise bike. These work well! The material is heavy duty enough to not feel flimsy while still remaining flexible. The shape works well regardless of what type of shoes you’re wearing.
