Enzymes work.
So far so good, unfortunately my first order was damaged but they offered great customer service and replaced it right away! Easy to have the gallon for future use. I already used other products by them and they work!

Effective but my dog pants alot
Effective, but my dog doesn't like it as much as other solutions. I believe it irritates my dogs ears as she pants alot for at least 15 mins.

Great wsy to keep the ears healthy
Helps keep the ear infections away. We use it for every dog in our family. Cheaper to buy the gallon and refill the small bottles for everyone. Dogs are happier without the ear problems. 1 Dalmatian, 2 Goldendiidles, 1 Lhasa apso

I am a dog groomer and this is the only stuff I will use after being recommended by a vet years ago for my own dogs ear mites. Does not leave a residue or sting their ears. You can either do a simple flush or squeeze some onto a cotton ball to really get those ears clean.

Update:Amazon.com agreed to take the item back after deducting restocking fee of $13.87 also they are trying to see if they can pay the medical bill for $146. I just ordered 4 of the small bottles (4 oz each., which I never had problem with). I guess I will have to stick with the small bottles. Terrible reaction by my dog. she broke out and had to go emergency on Saturday evening. cost was $146 two shots for her hives. I've used small 4 oz bottles for the last 2.5 years. never had this issue. so, to be sure, I ordered another 4 oz bottle that got delivered today. no problem by my dog. I can not return this gallon because it has passed 30 days since purchase. even though I just opened it 5 days ago for the first time. I think this product is NOT genuine. and it was sold by Amazon.com Terrible Terrible I would give negative stars if I could.
