This is so soft and cuddly. Absolutely perfect! It’s not too big or heavy. Heats and retains heat for a long time. Really works to soothe the pain in this old body. I’m ordering another one soon.

Quality and price of product is good. Two minutes in microwave provided a good level of heat which lasted about 15 to 20 minutes. Towards the end of the time, the pad could be placed directly on skin as material was pleasing to the touch.

Great product and holds heat for an hour. One caution, this will burn skin if you overheat. I bought a second one for my mother for use on her lower back.

I live with horrible lower back pain after fracturing my sacrum (lower back) several years ago. I bought this in hopes of bringing down swelling and to use heated for comfort. This works amazing and it’s just what I needed! It’s fairly large, which is great, and it’s very well constructed so I know it’ll last. The first time I used it I took it out of the freezer and it actually goes right across my back. I was impressed that it stayed cold for about a half hour and it was very comfortable too. The next time I used it I microwaved it. It was nice and warm and felt terrific across my shoulders and neck. Very relaxing and it probably stayed warm about 20 minutes or so. I love this thing! Reasonably priced with multiple uses. I like the fact that it’s big enough to use across the back or shoulders. I would highly recommend buying one. It’s all pros and no cons. I love it! Best Buy in a long time...

The product functions effectively for approximately 10 minutes before it cools down. It emits a minor, undesirable odor; when heated, it develops a musty corn-like smell.

Looks just like the images, love the green color I ordered. Works well, I just choose to do intervals of 30 seconds to be safe but after 2 minutes it’s more than warm enough and lasts at least 30 minutes. I only wish it would be a little bit more weighted. But other than that, its perfect.

Good quality. Soft to the touch texture. Heats quickly and holds the heat well. Good size - large enough so it can be draped over a shoulder or neck and stays in place. Simple design - none of those elastic straps that eventually stretch out and become a nuisance. Very pleased.

Heat pad worked as advertised. It took about 1.5 minutes in the microwave to get it toasty hot. There does seem to be some moist heat coming from inside. I used it over my shoulder for a rotator cuff issue. It is large enough to stay in place - good soothing effect. It stayed hot for 10-15 minutes - good thermal mass. Easy to reheat again once it is warm.

Has lasted well. Used on a daily basis for muscle aches and pain. A good sizes for great coverage. With the quilting you don't loose all the beads to one end it's evenly spread across the pack. Definitely buying again.

Bien coté chaleur qui apporte du confort mais ne dure pas longtemps (max 40 mn, mais bon facile a réchauffer) pas 60 secondes mais bien 85/110. Dans mon cas (capsulite épaule) cette "bouillotte" est trop lourde malheureusement, parce que fait du bien quand même
