It performs much better, it wears very comfortable, it has better image quality, and with adjustable focal distance, object distance and the pupil distance. This 3D VR headset works perfectly with my iPhone 6.This headset has soft rubber padding around the eye, making it very comfortable to wear. It has a three way adjustable head strap to securely attach the headset and to make it comfortable to wear around your head.There are open slots at the sides of the lid for the option of attaching earphones and power cord to charge your phone. When running 3D VR apps or watching 3D movies, they can drain the battery quickly. By plugging your phone into a power source can increase the running time of your 3D VR apps.The adjustable focal distance, object distance and the pupil distance are great features to have better image quality. With these adjustments, you can have clearer image quality and use this headset for longer time without getting dizzy.The lid opens and closes easily. Inside the lid, there is a clamp and padding to hold the phone in place. Unlike other 3D VR goggles which relies on the lid to hold your phone in place.There is Bluetooth controller pad at the side of the headset. A USB charging cable is provided to charge the controller pad. Remember when pairing to your phone look for the VR-YY01 device.Overall, this is a good performing 3D VR headset. I received a sample of this 3D VR Set in exchange for an honest review. At my age it has become difficult to watch 3D for very long without becoming really dizzy. But ... I can watch and listen long enough to declare this 3D set "Top Notch." The image can be focused and adjusted to your specific 'eyesight' needs and the experience is hauntingly realistic. The output of this device is almost as good as many which cost almost double the price. I gave this Set to one of my neighbor's kids who is very pleased with it. For only $18, this would make a great (and very unusual) gift for someone you may know that is between 6/7 years old and upward ... as long as they do not have a motion sickness problem from 3D.

I am not a fan of this product. They did not get the focal distance of the lenses correct, so it's pretty blurry and strains my eyes. The plasticy silicone face "cushion" is too thin and sharp and is uncomfortable. The built in bluetooth controller is kinda nice, but I never once used it, because I need a joystick on my controller. And having the controller on the headset defeats the purpose of the headset being strapped to your head (holding up your arm). This is a mimic of the Gear VR, and not a very good one at that...I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest, and unbiased review.

A couple of months ago, I tried the Google Cardboard VR headset. It was cool, but nothing special and it was uncomfortable to use for very long. So, even though I love high tech gadgets and gear, it got set on a shelf. But with all the cool stuff coming out for VR, I wanted to try a better pair of goggles..... without spending a ton of money. so I ordered these and ....WOW!I am now thoroughly obsessed. The difference between these and the cardboard ones is like night and day! Even after using them for hours at a time, I had no dizziness or headaches. The padding is thick so there was no discomfort on my face. I have literally been using these non-stop since I got them last week!I've allowed everyone in my family try them and we had no issues with adjusting them for different users including users wearing glasses! They are now obsessed with getting their own pair!I love these VR goggles and am having so much fun playing with them! Games, movies, travel experiences! It's totally worth it! As I said, I'm now obsessed, and have already ordered a number of different goggles.
