I really wanted to like it.It worked well for a little bit and then it started to dispense randomly. When I looked at the bottom, it was yellow and rusted soap started coming out. When I opened it, the batteries were soaked with soap and the bottom was leaking. When I cleaned it out it stopped working. Then I had to press the grey button each time I wanted one dispense of soap. Yikes. Then I left for a few hours to run errands and when I got back ALL my soap was all over the counter and on the kitchen floor... Don't buy this! You will waste more than your time and money.I am out 4 AAA brand new batteries, out more time and money because now I have to prepare it for shipment and then go and return it, and out expensive baby dish soap. :(

So far so good. I bought this as a replacement for the Lysol automatic soap pump. It is very easy to use and responds well. The amount of soap dispensed is adjustable. I use the Lysol automatic soap refills (just pop open bottle and put soap in) and it is thin enough to work well. That might be the key to ensure even dispensing is to buy a really liquid-like soap with a low viscosity. Otherwise it's a great looking pump and works well so far.

I'll give it 2 stars because it was simple and worked great when it worked...but after less than 10 months, it appears the seal on the internal soap holding tank failed, and it is now oozing soap down through the battery compartment. Obviously it no longer works now.

This is the second one I have ordered. The first one lasted 6 months on the edge of the sink in my wellness center. It gets a lot of use as it is next to our handwashing sink. I thought it would sit high enough that it wouldn't get wet (since it has little feet), but I guess not. We put our hand under it, the light blinks, but nothing happens. It's been refilled, but no dice. I thought I'd try replacing the batteries, but found it was wet when I opened the battery compartment. It isn't in a location where it sits in a pool of water. I really want this to work, but I'm not buying a 3rd one. There must be a better design out there....

I have mine next to my kitchen sink and it works well, but I think it is a little too sensitive. It goes off while I'm washing dishes

I purchased these dispensers in early December, 2016. They worked for a while but then both of them malfunctioned and would not release soap when inserting your hands under the dispenser, even though batteries were good and they were clean. They became worthless. This was so disappointing to me, as I gave as Christmas gifts last year.

This soap dispenser is fantastic! It has a waterproof battery compartment. Not that your going to submerge it in water but it's nice to know there is no chance of the batteries getting wet. One button turn off and on.There are three options of how much soap you want. Make sure to read the instructions and you'll have no problems. My mom is in an assisted living facility and if she can have one of these I'm getting her one! So easy to use. We have one in each bathroom and in the kitchen.

Worked really well until it didn't. After 6 month of use it started randomly dispensing soap at will. It pumps out the entire bottle everyday
