New Generation Healthy Legend 12" Non-stick German Weilburger Ceramic Coating Fry Pan - Eco Friendly, Non-toxic

Have been using this pan for two months now, practically daily bc I cook a lot. I’ve had different nonstick pans both expensive and cheap and they all will fail in one way or another.I absolutely love this pan for multiple reasons:great size- fits a lot of food, nonstick, handles high heat better than any other nonstick pan I’ve had, (however I would recommend to generally cook on medium to low heat to avoid damage and extend it’s life), certain nonstick pans when overheated emit specific smell- this one doesn’t, you can also use it for baking bc handle which has plastic piece is removable and again baked foods won’t stick like they often do in Pyrex dishes, so it’s two in one, super easy to clean. Obviously don’t use any metal spoons, forks etc to avoid scratching etc., wood works perfectly!So far this has been one of the best investment for the kitchen cookware department! <3Highly recommend!

So far it is working very well. I'd give it more stars but the bottom had a small metal spur (poor finish workmanship) and it put a permanent scratch on my glass top stove. :-(March 2018 UpdateThis frying pan is holding up very well. Impressive! Won't change my rating due to the damage done to my stove top.

The removable handle is flawed. The locking piece broke while cooking. I tried to contact Healthy Legend Products7736 Arjons Dr.San Diego, CA 92126. I called the phone # listed on their site Phone: (800)913-8869) to no avail! I emailed the address listed on their site (Email: [email protected]) and it came back mailer daemon saying that it could not be delivered. I have tried to find some other address for Healthy Legend and to date I have not found one. If you have information on how to contact this company please let me know.

I cook a lot! All the time. My son cooks breakfasts with a lot of eggs. We have searched forever to find an ultimate frying pan. This one is the best we have ever had and we use it at least 1 to 2 times a day. It cooked anything perfectly and eggs don't stick and its so easy to clean. Feels very durable and I think it will last a long long time!

Perfect large non-stick pan! Nice even cooking, convenient high rim for big volume cooking (like bulky kale), silicon edged lid keeps juices from evaporating prematurely, steady and solid removable handle, pan does not scratch my glass cooktop (compared to another review). Very efficient, works best at lower temperatures. Cleans up easily, cooking residues just wipe off with soap and water.

We have purchased this pan twice and really like the non stick surface. However the handle completely broke and fell off after only having the pan for 1 year. We purchased a new one that arrived in the mail recently with a warped/dented edge and the pan smelled like chemicals after the first use despite washing in hot water before using it.

While the non-stick surface of this pan works fine, its removable handle has a big flaw. It's not sturdy at all and wiggle way too much when you hold the pan by its handle.I did contact the pan's distributor who promised to send me either a handle replacement or a handle that is not removable. I haven't heard from the company nor received a new handle.It's too bad because I really like the pan.

Great skillet, one of the best I have ever used, and yes the non-stick is tough, several month of constant use and no faults in the coating. By now all the other non-stick coatings, would have begun to show cracks/flaws. This 3rd Generation type from Healthy Legend is a real performer.
