I love it...

You definitely have to Brush it when you get it. Once you fluff it out it’s such a great piece. I have thick hair and it gave me the extra volume I needed to make my bun look full. I also use the sponge for a tighter cleaner look and this gives me a messy bun but a clean front and back. I love it! I was nervous to get it based on other reviews here, but I guess it depends on whether you matched it correctly and if it matches your hair type. My sisters honestly thought it was my hair until I pulled it back a little and they were shocked to see it was a scrunchy wig. I use it by making my bun all the way up top, pulling my hair tight, and then voila the scrunchy and it gives me what I need.
