Faulty Charger
Dear U Green Support Team, I’ve always trusted You Green for my electeonic equipment needs because of your exceptional quality and reliability. Every product I’ve purchased from you has been outstanding, which is why I didn’t think twice before buying a fast charger from you on January 17th. Unfortunately, this time, my experience has been disappointing. The charger turned out to be of poor quality, which is quite unlike what I’ve come to expect from your brand. It’s disheartening because I rely heavily on your products, and this one didn’t meet the high standards I know you uphold. I truly hope you can look into this and help me with a replacement.
