It worked, relieved my groin pain!!!
I'm a 74 year old male. I pulled a groin muscle on a rowing machine. Walking was excruciating for a couple of weeks. I purchased this product hoping for the best but thinking how something inexpensive could be much help. I was wrong. After a couple of days of wearing the brace, the pain during walking subsided. I’ve been wearing it for two weeks and I could probably stop because the pain is gone. I wear it with loose fitting shorts or long pants. It fits tight around your waist and against your upper thigh and stays in place. It is a bit binding on your junk and that takes getting used to. You have to push everything to the opposite side. I hope to restart on the rowing machine next week and will wear the brace.

Great tool to combat sciatic and back pain.
Great brace when I'm having a leg sciatic pain episode. I only use it during a flare up and it gives me relief. You should try this brace. It also serves as a partial back brace on those days you feel vulnerable to a pain outbreak.

I thank God for this!
I was experiencing a pain in my groin and the same side, lower back after a fall off a stone wall onto a pile of rocks. I wasn’t able to put any weight on that side. After two days of hopping with one foot and using a walker I received this brace. What a relief! it reduced the joint pain by over half and allowed me to function for the next few days, including standing at my kitchen counter for short periods. The recovery time was expected to be several weeks. This has made my healing time so much more bearable. I am SO glad I got it! The description says that it is only 43 inches around. My hips are 46 and I had no problem stretching it to accommodate.

Velcro is very poor quality - buy straight pins for when it fails
I bought 2 about 5 months ago. They helped relieve the pain from my pulled groin muscle immediately. However within 1 month the velcro on the waist and thigh bands started to fail. Within another month they were useless - kept coming off - the velcro is poor quality. Googled troubleshooting this problem and used some home remedies that involved removing things that tend to get picked up by velcro (hair, lint, ste.) Got the velcro clean as possible but they still did not hold. Refusing to pay another 40 bucks I resorted to using straight pins to affix the velcro to its corresponding band to it is an effective wrap. At first that was just a royal pain. Now I am so tired of doing it that I am considering getting replacements. I have knee problems and use knee wraps that use velcro to affix one side of the band to the other. I have had and used these regularly for about 3 years yet and they work fine, no velcro problems and appear to have plenty of life left. This would be a good product if the velcro were better quality, which is maddening - didn't the manufacturrer or seller test this? How much more would it have cost to have provided velcro that works?

Make sure you are not allergic to the materials
Although easy to use and fasten, I developed a nasty rash on my leg where the band encircled it. I've never had any type of allergy before. It developed after two days' usage and it's taking a long time to heal. I've changed this rating to be fair. The product appears to work as advertised and is easy to use, so my case may be unusual.

The Holy Grail for Groin Injuries
Without a doubt, the best aid I have used/found for groin pulls. I guess you could say, I got lucky and it was the second off the shelf Groin support I purchased, the other compression sleeve I tried would slip down my leg and provided absolutely no support. Neo G is 100% customizable and so easy to use and adjust for any sized leg. I am in my 50's and an avid ice hockey player, injured my groin 15 years ago, it took me almost a year to get back on the ice as the Groin pull led to back issues. I went groin pull free for 10 years and have been dealing with groin pulls on and off for almost 5 years now. The Neo G has been the holy grail for me and I am sure it will be for you. I was tired of injuring and re-re injuring my groin muscle and discovered the Neo G, after trying a competitor first, both on Amazon about a year ago. With the assistance of the Neo G, I was able to get back on the ice within a week of pulling my groin, wherein in the past, it would sideline me for a month or longer. The Neo G gives you the extra added confidence and support one needs in high performance sports to get back in the game with confidence and eventually allowing one to push their body to the limit. Of course, I couldn't go nor did I try to push it 100% out of the gate but quite quickly I felt great. I have been wanting to write this review but just couldn't find the time. Can't say enough great things about the Neo G, my new best friend:)

Barely fits 42" waist; easily fits 26" thigh
I have a 42” waist and muscular 26” thighs. This "brace" fits my waist (under my clothes) with about 1.5” of overlap on the waist strap, but it easily fits my thigh. Based on what I found on-line, I have an above average thigh, so it seems to me they could have made it fit larger waists and slightly smaller thighs and thus would have a larger segment of the population that it could fit. It is somewhat difficult to put on your thigh by yourself but it is doable if you do it incrementally alternating the two straps. It does stay in place very well and I found it comfortable enough to wear all day and even at night. It does provide some support without interfering with mobility, and my limp is not as noticeable when I wear it, but there is still some pain as you would expect. After five days of daily use there is noticeable improvement based on how my groin feels when I don’t have it on. I rated it four stars based on the difficulty in putting it on as well as the fact that "one size fits most" in the description doesn't give you any indication as to whether or not it might fit you.
