About a month ago I received my results from microbiome testing through Viome. My microbial richness was less than great. I decided to try two probiotics for the next three months and then test again to see if the supplements show up in my follow up test! I chose this product and one other to take together because Flourish offers 3 or 4 different strains than the other probiotic I am taking alongside. I will follow up in a few months when I get my test back and let you know how the experiment went!

I order other products and trust EU Natural for their quality. You have to be careful with probiotics. The wrong mixture can actually be harmful to you. Please note, this is a shelf stable mixture, which is important. I have taken other probiotics that have bothered my stomach and/or had a negative impact on my digestion. This product was not disruptive to me at all. I add probiotics to my daily intake a few times a year. This will be my go-to choice.
