Shipper was super fast and included some great beauty samples. I was worried about trying to brighten up my dull roots (dull dark shade mixed with grey and silver) but this color is amazing. I had my long hair done Sakura pink at a salon months ago and can't afford to keep going back for touch ups. Turns out my roots grow out in two to three weeks. Yikes. I carefully painted this onto the grown out sections and ended up with a delicious shade of pinkish/reddish brown. Very happy with the results and I'm buying more today. Kit has English and Korean directions, good gloves (not those cheapie cellophane ones), plastic cape, ear covers, a very good multi tool for combing, parting and applying color and a good sunflower oil conditioner. No stinky smell, either. Super happy with this product!

Great product and seller
This product has great color pay off and seems to be gentle on my over colored hair. No pungent fumes and doesn't sting my scalp or skin. The ash color is perfect for neutralizing and slightly darkening my light brown hair to get rid of the cinnamon hues. It made it into a cooler toned light to medium brown. Beautiful Beauty seller is fast, efficient, and provides numerous hair and body care products. I am very satisfied with purchase and experience. I will continue to buy this product from the same seller.

When I received it was all smashed but the product was still okay until I went to mix it and it wouldn't even mixed together. So I never did get to use it.

Pretty color, exactly what I wanted, the best part is it didn't leave my hair dry feeling like most do, instead it's soft and shiny, I will order more.

Nowhere near the color of ash brown but still not a bad hair dye. It had a pleasant floral scent and made my hair feel soft. I have long hair but used only one box. My hair is now a dark chestnut brown.

Waste of money
Color doesn't show through dark hair color as on the box's picture! Waste of money! I'll use Garnier product next time
