I bought this stuff about 5 years ago. It's all pasta mixed with powdered ingredients. Some of the worst stuff I have ever tasted. I cannot eat this stuff and what I did eat made me feel sick. There's no protein either. It's all carbs. Not even freeze dried meat. NADA. Customer service is something else. If you don't like their stuff that's tough. Highly NOT recommended. Use of the word "gourmet" is laughable at best.
