So there is honey, and then there's Moka Honey. Moka locally raises their bees in a dense olive tree patch where the bees have full access to a variety of flowers. And yes, you can absolutely taste the difference between small batch honey vs anything you'd find in the grocery store. They are also incredible people, and offer hands on tours of their bee keeping area.
