Great product
Awesome product. It helped looses muscles/tendons which were making noises while moving. If you have an ankle sprain do watch the YouTube videos uploaded by the product owner on how to massage yourself.

Sciaticare Penetrating Rub
I purchased this muscle rub and have been using it for a few weeks. A little goes a long way. It is easy to apply onto the body, it's smooth, smells great and is very soothing. I have used it on my body wherever it aches. I can feel it relaxing the muscles relieving muscle and tissue tension. I also massage a little on my temple and forehead at nights. It calms my nerves and relieves my headaches. It is a super product and the best thing about this Sciaticare Muscle Rub is that it is made of all NATURAL INGREDIENTS. Works great!
This is great for aches and pains. I use on my entire spine, especially neck and sciatic area. Works great and am so greatful i found it. Have purchased several times ( it does last a while though) and recommend to family as well who now purchase this also.
