This machine did not work. The box indicated that some part had to be in a certain way but had no instructions on how to change it. Just two very small photos for right way and wrong way which were insufficient. I disassembled in an attempt to make it work but was unsuccessful. Would not grab the tape. Completely worthless. Trashed.
